As part of his ongoing investigation of the for-profit college industry, Attorney General Jack Conway today announced that his office has filed a motion to intervene in a whistle-blower lawsuit in the Western District of Pennsylvania against Education Management Corporation (EDMC), the parent company of Brown Mackie College. Attorney General Jack Conway today filed suit in Daviess County against the owners and operators of Daymar College over allegations the for-profit college violated Kentucky's Consumer Protection Act.
