Ben Stewart grew up on a farm near Paducah in Ballard County, Kentucky. He graduated as valedictorian of Ballard Memorial High School in 2004. Ben earned his B.A. in Government at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky and graduated as the male valedictorian of the 2008 graduating class.
After completing his undergraduate work, Ben attended the University of Kentucky College of Law. He was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal, and his Note entitled “Cell Phone Searches Incident to Arrest: A New Standard Based on Arizona v. Gant” was published in Volume 99, Book 3. He was also recognized by the Journal as Best Staff Member. When Ben was granted the degree of juris doctor in 2011, he graduated with the highest academic rank in his class. He is also a member of the Order of the Coif. Ben was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in October, 2011.
During the summer breaks from law school, Ben clerked at the Bryant Law Center. He found the work here interesting and fulfilling, and to that end, he began practicing here immediately after being admitted to the bar. “I am very excited to begin my legal career so near to my home, being able to help the people the people I saw everyday as I grew up.”
Ben will concentrate on general practice, appellate practice, and construction law.

Ben is an active member of Lovelaceville Baptist Church. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, exercising, traveling, and generally spending time outdoors. |
