Joe Roark

Following a career as a teacher in a Christian High School, Joe Roark joined the Bryant Law Center after graduating from the Southern Illinois University School of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Centre College.

Joe has been admitted to practice in Kentucky, Illinois, United States District Court of Western District of Kentucky, and the United States District Court of Eastern District of Kentucky.

Among the honors he received in law school was The Best Oral Argument Award in the Midwest Moot Court Competition and Joe was selected for membership in the Order of Barristers.

Joe manages the Bryant Law Center’s family law practice representing clients in custody, visitation, property settlement, parental rights, and divorce cases.

In addition to his work in the family and domestic field, Joe has worked on complex litigation for the Bryant Law Center including cases against Google, Facebook, Bayer and works on all other mass tort cases.

A lifelong fan of the Ohio State University football program, Joe usually takes in an OSU game or two each fall. He and his wife Emily and their son attend First Baptist Church of Paducah where he teaches Sunday school.
