PepsiCo, the owner of Naked Juice, has agreed to a $ 9 million settlement over claims that its products falsely claimed to be “all natural” and contained genetically modified material. The lawsuit claims that Naked Juice violated state and federal laws regarding the marketing and sale of certain products.
