The word on the seamy side of the Internet was that for the best and most realistic fake ID’s and drivers licenses, the products offered by Celtic, a small nondescript shop in Las Vegas, had no equal. Over a four year span, hundreds of thieves, scammers and cybercrooks ordered the finely crafted drivers licenses and the shop’s reputation spread in the underworld. Little did customers know that the shop was being operated by the United States Secret Service and customers then became the focus of a wide ranging sting which has resulted in 55 federal indictment in 10 countries.
