Though some highly promoted drugs have been introduced to treat Alzheimer’s Disease, the dementia that robs millions of Americans of their Golden Years is more predictably delayed by healthy living, researchers have found. There have been no breakthrough of new drugs to control the disease, caused by plaque building up in the brain. But some long term studies have found that cardio-vascular exercise and a good diet have combined to delay the onset in more developed countries.
