Consumers who underwent hip replacement surgery or had loved ones who did, should contact their physician to determine if they received a Stryker brand replacement hip, said Paducah Attorney Mark Bryant of the Bryant Law Center.

Patients with Stryker brand replacement hips should also request medical testing to determine of they have elevated cobalt levels in their bloodstream. Bryant also said patients who received the two most comment types of Stryker implants between 2009-2012 could be eligible for compensation.

A National Settlement has just been reached with Stryker for the recalled Rejuvenate and ABG II hip systems that were implanted between 2009 and 2012. If you were implanted with a Stryker Rejuvenate or ABG II hip between 2009 and 2012, you may be eligible to receive significant compensation.
